Origins
The PMO Company was established by Pieter van Bines PMP and Jan Molenkamp MSC PMP. Both have over 10 years experience in project- program- and portfolio management. They both have carried out assignments as consultants, interim managers, project managers, trainers and project management office managers.
The PMO Company has extensive experience in management of multiple changes in organisations that need to be carried out simultaneously. Our approach – understanding, prioritisation and realisation has been developed by implementing the total sum of information from all the “lessons learned” during this period.
Our view on changing
Our view on organisations is that all have come into being as a result of many changes. Every change represents an initiative to improve products or services. If multiple change initiatives or projects are carried through side by side, interdependency will often develop. Optimisation requires that you manage these projects as an integral activity.
