Our coaching approach is to describe and optimize the way of working (Way of Working = WoW) in a workshop together with the core team and then help to land these agreements with all employees (create buy-in) through training and coaching. In doing so, we use, among other things, an ISO21500 audit. We do this as one of the first specialized project consulting firms in the Netherlands.
