    • Our mission is to stimulate (technology-driven) innovation in Project & Agile Management in Project Management Organizations (PMOs). And to convey passion for the profession, as well as the importance of excellent project management.

      Our goal is to establish a project management office that brings business success to companies by delivering repeatable, efficient and effective project results, propelling these ('our') PMOs to new heights in the industry.

    Vision

      • We see that more and more knowledge and experience is needed for managing and controlling projects..
      • We make our broad experience and knowledge available to our clients through our closely collaborating teams, facilitated by collaboration & planning tools. As a result, we will deliver large programs and projects better, faster and ultimately cheaper than is usual in the market.
      • We deliver Project Management As A Service: a fully equipped (partly virtual) team with a clear responsible leader who ensures results.

We coach and guide each other and often work in teams. Sometimes with one professional as the only visible person for the client, but always with a few colleagues who think along and sometimes also participate. This allows work to be easily picked up by junior consultants and the bill for our clients is lower than if the senior consultant had to pick up both the more complex and simple operational tasks. This also includes the aforementioned win-win-win: We win, because working together is more fun and more educational for our people, the client wins, because more knowledge and experience becomes available for the same budget and everyone wins because the results are always better, which also gives a great positive WIN feeling!
