Where exactly does my project data live?
With a single-tenant deployment your data lives in your own environment — cloud or on-prem, offline inference supported. Nothing is shared between clients and no models are trained on your data.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
No. Soriela works as a unified layer across OpenProject, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace. Your existing tools stay in place — we add intelligence on top.
What role remains for the project manager?
The substantive part: stakeholder conversations, tough calls, escalations, team coaching. What we automate is the prep work — status checks, mining minutes, building reports, sending reminders.
Is this suitable for government and regulated sectors?
Yes. Open-source models, offline inference, single-tenant deployment and traceability to source are exactly the properties government (e.g. Belastingdienst) expects from AI. Our AI4PMO research with IBM in 2024 started from this very question.
How quickly can we start?
A scan (package 01) typically starts within 2 weeks. A pilot (package 02) starts within 4-6 weeks depending on your infrastructure. Come to one of our monthly events for a live impression before deciding.
What is the relationship between The PMO Company, Vera and Soriela?
